2. Click on "Cancel Plan and Refund" at the bottom.
3. Your funds will be returned to you within 5-10 days.

If they declined your refund:

Paid Through Apple/iTunes?
Apple manages all its subscriptions and purchases directly. This means that we are not able to refund, cancel, or manage accounts created through Apple.
